Free Superchargers will be limited from February 11 to 27, and will only apply from Friday to Sunday subject to recharging before 10 a.m. or after 6 p.m. For Tesla, it’s all about encourage customers to change their charging habits and thus reduce the crowds during the day.
This is not the first time that the brand has had the opportunity to offer access to its Superchargers, as this was particularly the case during periods of heavy traffic or natural disasters in the United States. so far, the operation was still unprecedented in France.
In total, 27 French stations are concerned, all located in the eastern part of the country. On a European scale, three other countries have adopted the same strategy: Germany (31 stations), Norway (8 stations) and Sweden (13 stations).
