After inaugurating seven branches in France in 2021, Tesla opened two new centers this month, one in Caen (14) and the other in Nancy (54). The brand’s first branch in Normandy, the Caen point of sale is spread over a site of more than 1,500 m2. After-sales activities will be launched at the beginning of May 2022. For its part, that of Nancy extends over more than 3,000 m2 and already hosts the after-sales part.

In order to support its growth, the brand is also announcing that a new branch “large scope” is under construction east of Paris, without giving more information on the locality. All of the brand’s services will be offered there: sales, after-sales and delivery. A supercharger station will also be available on site. This new Tesla center will be the largest in France and will open its doors by the end of 2022.

Tesla now has 21 sites in France hosting commercial and/or after-sales activities, including the centers opened in 2021 in Chambéry (73), Mulhouse (68), Montpellier (34), Toulouse (31), Rennes (35), Reims- Châlons (51) and Cannes-Mandelieu (06).

With regard to after-sales, the manufacturer relies on a range of solutions that take advantage of vehicle connectivity and make it possible to limit or avoid their immobilization. It goes through the remote diagnosis, the simple software update, the appointment in cbetween Tesla or a mobile technician’s visit directly to the owner’s home or workplace.
