The Pr0ph3cy group offers itself Harmonie Technologie, integrator and cybersecurity consulting firm. The group aspires to become a leader in the field of computer security thanks to a complete portfolio of services: consulting, integration, audit, hardware and training.
One month after the acquisition of OpenCyber, it is the turn of Harmonie Technologie, a consulting firm and integrator of cybersecurity solutions, to enter the fold of Pr0ph3cy (pronounced Prophecy). Through this acquisition, the group intends to become a key player in the field of computer security. A market on which its other subsidiaries Silicom (consulting) and Seela (e-learning) were already focusing.
Harmonie Technology brings Pr0ph3cy the ability to offer a complete offer including strategic cyber consulting, integration of solutions and infrastructures, auditing and intrusion tests, security products, training and cyber training. The buyout, the amount of which has not been disclosed, was carried out with the help of the IK Partners investment fund and ad hoc financing from the Eurazeo Private Debt fund.
Objective: €60 million in turnover in 2022
Harmonie Technologies was created in 2005 by David Sportes and Xavier de Korsak. The company has 150 employees serving key accounts in the CAC40, SBF120 and mid-market companies. In 2021, it achieved a turnover of more than €14 million. The new entity it forms with the Pr0ph3cy group claims more than 500 employees and expects €60 million in revenue in 2022.
