The Japanese company and artist Takashi Murakami present 2 NFTs inspired by 2 first watches launched jointly by the 2 parties in 2021: the Hublot Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami All Black and the Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Sapphire Rainbow.

An unprecedented collection of non-fungible tokens

These 2 watches, which inspired the NFTs, were launched in limited edition of 200 and 100 pieces respectively. They had all been sold within a few days.

NFTs will also be published in limited edition : 216 NFTs for the All Black version and 108 NFTs for the Sapphire Rainbow.

The NFT will be largely dedicated to the current owners of these 2 watches. They will however be theirs offered under certain conditions. A few of these NFTs are, however, made available to the general public. . the draw in May 2022.

Hublot promoted the launch of its non-fungible tokens via a presentation at the international fair Watches & Wonders 2022. Posters in Tokyo, London and New York, as well as giant light projections on emblematic buildings also mark the launch of this collection.

Swiss watches alternately switch to crypto time. Hublot dives into Web3 by offering two NFTs. It is not the only Swiss watchmaker to take this leap. In effect, Tag Heuer accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies in its stores.
