The final results of the OPAS, published on Friday June 3 by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) show that La Banque Postale directly holds 671,412,118 shares representing 97.79% of the capital and 98.56% of the voting rights. of CNP Assurances. Consequently, La Banque Postale will submit a request in the coming days to implement a squeeze-out procedure with the AMF, in order to transfer the CNP Assurances shares not tendered to the Offer.
The squeeze-out will be carried out under the same financial conditions as the simplified tender offer, ie 20.90 euros per CNP Assurances share, dividend of 1 euro ex-dividend. It will be the subject of an AMF opinion.
