car parks ultra-fast charging stations.

This partnership sees the birth of the first ultra-fast charging hubs available in the heart of major cities. The locals will be happy!

A first in France

To offer these infrastructures to everyone, the group has entered into partnerships with Electra and ENGIE Solutions, which will deploy these terminals in a forty INDIGO car parks in Paris, in the Paris region and in major cities (Bordeaux, Marseille, etc.).

These veritable ultra-fast electric “service stations” will be installed in 2022 and 2023. 450 parking spaces will thus be equipped in around thirty cities in France. A large number that will please!

To promote the development of electric mobility

“To promote the development of electric mobility, which is beneficial for our cities and for the environment, it is essential to strengthen the confidence of “electro-mobilists” in the availability of means of recharging. These ultra-fast stations, which will allow charging in 20 minutes in the city center, and which complement our network of standard charging stations, will contribute to setting up this necessary and expected ecosystem. Promoting electric mobility is a strong commitment of INDIGO. », declares Sébastien Fraisse, France director of INDIGO.

For individuals and professionals

These ultra-fast hubs (150 kW) are aimed at individuals as well as professionals such as rental companies, taxis and VTCs, who are massively committed to electric mobility. They will therefore be deployed by Electra, a specialist in fast charging, and ENGIE Solutions, a subsidiary of ENGIE, committed to the decarbonization of mobility.

1,800 additional points will be installed

These deployments are in addition to the standard charging offer offered by INDIGO through its “Park and Charge” offers. The group now has in its car parks 1,050 charging points.

In 2022, 1,800 additional points will be installed, which will bring the fleet equipment in France to 2,850 charging points at the end of 2022. INDIGO’s ambition is to deploy 10,000 charging points in Europe, including 8,000 in France, by 2025.
