The incidence rate per department is an indicator that must be followed very closely to follow the development of the epidemic. We discover together the incidence rates for each ward on Thursday 19 January 2023.

L’indicator to follow closely at the moment, that’s it incidence rate of each department. It actually allows for estimation proportion of infected in each department, and this corresponds to the number of people who have tested positive in Coronavirus over the last 7 days out of 100,000 inhabitants.

Find below incidence rate by department to Monday 16 January 2023. We noted in red the departments for which the incidence rate is more than 200 per 100,000, in orange the departments for which it is included between 50 and 199 for 100,000. We put in green the departments for which threshold is below the warning threshold set at 50 per 100,000.

Since June 11, 2022, the COVID-19 indicators produced by Public Health France are no longer updated on Géodes and data.gouv.fr during weekends and public holidays. We cannot therefore provide the figures for these days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The overall incidence rate in France of Monday 16 January 2023 (consolidated data) reached 57,57 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the past 7 days.
