The Filhet-Allard group (1.5 billion euros in premiums in 2021 for 247 million euros in turnover) announces that it has entered the capital of the firm Air Courtage Assurances, based in the Lyon region. Specialist in aeronautical coverage in Europe, the latter has nearly 20,000 aircraft in its portfolio for 13 million euros in premiums and a 2021 turnover of 2.3 million euros.
At the end of the operation, the amount of which has not been disclosed, “Filhet-Allard thus entrusts its branch of aviation activity (note: team and portfolio) to Air Courtage Assurances, which has now established itself as a leader in general aviation insurance in France”, says a press release.
