Dormant contracts: the ACPR sanctions again

The Prudential Supervisory and Resolution Authority sanctions a subsidiary of the BPCE group for non-compliance with the regulations relating to escheat contracts. In two months, this is the third fine imposed on this ground.

And three: after the fines pronounced against Mutex SA (8 million euros) and the MGEN (1 million euros), thePrudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) sanctions again in terms of dormant contracts.
