Since the deployment of its digital transformation strategy, BH Assurance has made it a point of honor to transform the insurance sector by innovating for a better customer experience.

This is how WININTI, the 1st digital platform in the insurance sector in Tunisia was born 2 years ago. Since then, “WININTI by BH Assurance” has enabled more than 15,000 beneficiaries to benefit from 100% digital insurance services such as subscription to car insurance, multi-risk home insurance or travel insurance.

Members can also monitor their healthcare costs, their retirement savings plan, declare their claim or simply consult their insurance portfolio.

Wininti does not stop there. To meet the many requests of its members, the mobile application is now available on the AppStore. Wininti is thus available in three versions:

Complete protection that covers everyday products

“The customer is at the center of our strategy: listening, advice, service and above all after-sales service,” says Ms. Dalila. Convinced that digital technology can improve the daily life of its members, BH Assurance develops and supports products that are more rooted in proximity. It is in this capacity that a team of around fifteen employees has been dedicated, since 2018, to the simplification, democratization and popularization of the various insurance covers.

Since 2021, their digital transformation strategy has taken a new turn. And this with the deployment of the first open innovation process tested with an insurtech startup.

As such, BH Assurance today announces the official launch of the first affinity insurance products. And this in partnership with the startup Garanty. It thus benefits from the insurer’s network and support, making BH Assurance a true innovation hub.

From June 2022, members will be able to insure their smartphones and glasses with Garanty. Indeed, the warranties can cover the costs related to the breakage of the screen, the glass or the frame as well as technical interventions and telephone assistance.

In a few months, Garanty will also make it possible to insure other everyday goods such as multimedia products or household appliances.
